Will my dog enjoy being in the Doggy Cruiser?

We designed Doggy Cruiser with the comfort of you and your dog in mind. Your dog sits in a natural, upright position inside the bag, so they feel happy and secure throughout the adventure. When the bag is on your back, your body will provide the extra support they need, allowing them to relax and take in the view.

We recommend giving your dog some ‘time out’ from the Doggy Cruiser every 45 or so minutes. Take a break, stretch the legs, have a treat or two and then pack up again and continue your adventure…

How long will I have to wait to receive my order?

We know you can’t wait to get out there and enjoy the freedom that the Doggy Cruiser will bring. That’s why we try our best to ship orders within one day of receiving them. We will notify you when your Doggy Cruiser is on its way. You will receive orders within five working days.

My dog is on the large size – will the Doggy Cruiser hold him?

Safety first! Doggy Cruiser bags can carry dogs up to the 13kg maximum. We do not recommend carrying dogs in Doggy Cruiser over this maximum weight.

Is the Doggy Cruiser safe?

We love adventure, but we love our dogs more! That’s why we have done everything possible to ensure the Doggy Cruiser is as safe as possible for dog and human.

Our three-step safety system consists of:

• Adjustable straps secured under the wearer’s arms
• Adjustable chest strap for the wearer.
• Attachable D ring that fits onto your dog’s collar

Is there a way of adjusting the bag to fit my dog?

Buying the right size Doggy Cruiser is the most crucial step; once you have the right size bag, you can make small adjustments to the straps to hold your dog in place. Doing so will help your dog feel secure and ‘held’.

My dog is injured/permanently impaired. Is Doggy Cruiser suitable?
As each case is different, we recommend you check with your veterinarian before using the Doggy Cruiser.
Can I wash the Doggy Cruiser?

Yes, absolutely. We recommend a warm hand wash using a mild detergent. Air dry.

Does the Doggy Cruiser come with a warranty?

Yes, we stand by our products which is why all Doggy Cruisers come with a 60-day warranty. If, at any time during the 60-day period there is a defect or malfunction we will replace the Doggy Cruiser.

We do have exceptions to the warranty:

• Damage to the Doggy Cruiser made by dogs chewing, scratching or using it as a toy.
• Damage to the bag after the 60-day period.

Doggy Cruiser Sizing Guide

At Doggy Cruiser, your safety and comfort are our priority. We want you and your best friend to enjoy the ride, so it’s really important to buy the correct size. Just like us, dogs come in all shapes and sizes so please don’t guess how tall Fido is – get your tape measure and follow the instructions below.

Measuring instructions :

You need to measure your dog in the same position as it sits in the Doggy Cruiser. This means measuring it while on its back legs, bottom on the floor (a ‘begging’ position).

Ask someone to hold the dog’s front paws up and off the ground, so its back is straight while you measure from the base of its tail to the collar.

Repeat this measurement to double-check.
